These Service Caster Series #30 Phenolic casters offer various wheel sizes and mounting heights: 3-1/4" Wheel: 4-1/4" mounting height; 4” wheel: 5-5/8” mounting height; 5” wheel: 6-1/2” mounting height; 6” wheel: 7-1/2” mounting height; 8” wheel: 9-1/2” mounting height.
Top plate measures at 4" x 4-1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on.
Brake options include a top lock brake (TLB), a total lock brake (TTL), or a side lock brake (SLB). The TLB places a positive locking force against the wheel tread, locking the wheel only. The SLB places a positive locking force against the wheel hub, locking the wheel only. The TTL also places a positive locking force against the wheel tread, but the TTL simultaneously locks the wheel and the swivel for a complete stationary position.

The Service Caster Series #30 is ideal for a wide range of applications, such as dollies, platform trucks, warehouse carts and freight terminals. Finishes are available in either zinc plating, which provides durability under any condition, or stainless steel, which resists rust and corrosion in indoor or outdoor applications where moisture is a factor. Mounting options include rigid or swivel top plate, with or without top lock or total lock brakes and bolt on swivel locks. All rolling on finely crafted double ball bearing heat treated raceways that keeps you moving forward.
